Claire St. Amant is a true crime reporter/journalist/producer/host/story-hunter/and, as she calls herself, general mischief-maker. Her credits include 48 Hours, 60 Minutes, CBS News, and now, most recently, she’s the producer and host of her own true crime podcast, Final Days On Earth. So what’s good about a crime and a crime story? Why are so many of us hooked on shows like Dateline and podcasts like Claire’s own? Is it simply voyeuristic entertainment? Or does it go deeper into who we are as human beings and what life – and death – lessons we learn on our own journey? It’s always good to have a fellow podcaster on the show and Claire definitely brings the good and the goods. Someone cue the Law and Order Duh-Dummmmm…
